Disclosure requirements
Structure the reporting requirements and internal interpretation.
Sustainability & ESG reporting
Connect climate and sustainability obligations, data owners, review steps, evidence, Actions and reporting so management can see how disclosure inputs were produced and governed.
Sustainability reporting draws on information and judgement across functions. WorkMesh helps make ownership, review, evidence and follow-up visible around that process.
Certain entities must prepare sustainability reports containing climate-related financial information under the Corporations Act and AASB S2. Group 2 reporting periods begin on or after 1 July 2026 and Group 3 on or after 1 July 2027. Sustainability reports include a directors’ declaration, with modified “reasonable steps” declaration requirements applying for financial years commencing from 1 January 2025 through 31 December 2027.
